slender stems. Clusters of rosette, fully double, blush-pink to white flowers,
4cm across, appear in mid-summer. Small leaves are semi-evergreen. Prune spent wood
only. Can climb up to 5m.

Bright salmon-pink blooms appear as
clusters over a long flowering period in the summer. They are flat and deeper pink in the centre with a yellow
base. The petals are quilled and quartered, and the fragrance is reminiscent of
apples. Can grow very tall (8m), the
canes are upright and very vigorous with shiny dark leaves, bronze green at the
edges and a few prickles. Very happy to
climb through a tree and even good for ground cover.

One of the most favoured roses in the
world. Fat, squat buds open to reveal large, rich buff pink blooms that are
large, full, globular, quartered and quilled. The centre petals are apricot and
the outer petals fade quickly in the sun. There is a pleasant scent. Vigorous
climbing growth best on a wall or a pillar, bending down the shoots to promote
laterals and more blooms. The reddish canes have hooked prickles. Blooms from
summer to first frost. Spraying recommended.

The well shaped buds of this rose open
slowly to double, well-formed, fragrant blooms with 50 pale pink petals. They
are produced on long stems and are suitable for exhibition. Flowering is
continuous, although the most shapely and long lasting blooms are seen in
autumn. The plant has moderately vigorous growth habit and foliage is
mid-green, abundant and disease resistant. Ideal for pillars, tripods and

This has everything: shapely blooms, a
gorgeous fragrance and low susceptibility to disease. The pale yellow,
medium-sized double flowers, strongly flecked and splashed with pink, and have
20 petals with yellow undersides. There is a reliable repetition of bloom after
the first flush. It has a bushy habit and glossy mid-green foliage.

This is a very popular rose that has won
many prizes, the flowers are pure white and slightly fragrant. It is repeat
flowering and so will go on in to autumn. Also called Schneewittchen. Spraying
is highly recommended.

Rose L'Aimant Floribunda
The flowers of this rose are a warm shade
of salmon-pink, fading to rose pink, and are carried sometimes singly but
usually in clusters of several blooms which open like small-scale large
flowered roses, with 30 or so petals forming neat centres. The blooms become
cupped as the petals reflex, yielding an excellent fragrance. Flowers
continually in summer and into autumn, with good weather resistance. Good for
cut flowers. Vigorous growth.
